Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information TATS Logistics Inc ("TATS", "we", "us") collects through tatslogistics.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. TATS is a licensed property broker based in Fort Lauderdale, FL (MC 01569497, DOT 4109800).

1. Information we collect

Information you send us. When you fill out one of our forms, call, text or email us, we collect what you give us, such as:

• Your name, company, email address and phone number.
• Details about the move: vehicle year, make and model, number of vehicles, pickup and delivery locations or ZIP codes, dates, whether the vehicle runs, and any notes you add.

Information about how you reached us. Our forms also record the page you sent them from and, if you arrived through an ad or a tagged link, the campaign parameters in that link (such as utm_source, utm_campaign or gclid). We keep these only for the length of your browser session, in your browser's session storage, so they can be sent with your request.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.

2. How we use it

• To answer your request and prepare a transport plan or a quote.
• To arrange and coordinate your move with a carrier under contract, including sharing the pickup and delivery details the carrier needs.
• To keep you updated about your shipment and to handle documents such as the rate confirmation and the Bill of Lading.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring us requests, so we can improve the site and our advertising.
• To meet legal, insurance and record-keeping obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Carriers we book for your move, limited to what they need to pick up, transport and deliver the vehicle.
• Service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting, email and customer-relationship tools, under their own confidentiality and security terms.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.

4. How long we keep it

We keep request and shipment information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, insurance and regulatory record-keeping requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

5. Your choices

• You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to the records we're required to keep.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Messages about a move that's already booked may still be needed to complete it.
• You can clear your browser's storage, or use a private window, to stop campaign parameters from being kept during your visit.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
